Terms of Research Use

Section 1Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Vault. member account and accessing or using this platform (thevault.bio), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Research Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use this platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Researcher," or "you") and Vault. ("Company," "we," or "us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 2Eligibility Requirements

To access and purchase from Vault., you must meet ALL of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
• Be a legitimate researcher, scientist, laboratory professional, or otherwise qualified individual conducting lawful scientific research
• Have the legal authority to purchase and possess research chemicals in your jurisdiction
• Not be purchasing products for personal use, human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where the purchase or possession of research peptides is prohibited

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above.

Section 3Research Use Only — Strict Prohibition on Human Use

ALL products sold by Vault. are sold strictly and exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and scientific study. This means:

• Products are NOT intended for human consumption, injection, ingestion, or any form of self-administration
• Products are NOT intended for veterinary use or administration to any animal
• Products are NOT drugs, dietary supplements, or medical devices
• Products have NOT been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for human or animal use
• Products are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition

Vault. expressly prohibits the purchase of its products for any purpose other than legitimate in vitro research. Any misuse is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

Section 4Age Verification and Compliance

You certify that you are 18 years of age or older and that it is legal to purchase research compounds in your jurisdiction. We comply with applicable state regulations including but not limited to New York's 2024 legislation restricting the sale of certain compounds to minors. We reserve the right to request additional age or identity verification at any time.

Section 5Product Descriptions and Documentation

Product descriptions, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and research summaries provided on this platform are for informational and research reference purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, Vault. makes no warranties regarding the fitness of any compound for any specific research application.

Certificates of Analysis are provided by independent third-party laboratories. Vault. does not manufacture peptides — we source from verified, tested suppliers and provide documentation transparently.

Section 6Payment Terms

Vault. currently accepts payment via Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. By placing an order, you agree to:

• Send payment within 48 hours of receiving payment instructions
• Include your Order ID in the payment reference/note field
• Understand that orders will not ship until payment is confirmed
• Not initiate chargebacks or disputes for legitimate orders that have been fulfilled

All prices are listed in USD. Vault. reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion and issue a full refund.

Section 7Shipping and Returns

Vault. ships to addresses within the United States only. Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis for products that arrive damaged or incorrectly shipped. Contact us at hello@thevault.bio within 48 hours of delivery for any issues.

Section 8Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VAULT. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THIS PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

You expressly acknowledge that Vault. has no control over how products are used after purchase and accepts no liability for misuse, self-administration, or any consequences arising from use contrary to these Terms.

Section 9Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vault., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of products in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) your misrepresentation of eligibility or intended use.

Section 10Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington State.
